2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Hostinger. When you visit the site, technically necessary data may be processed, including your IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, and browser or device information. This processing is used to deliver the website securely and reliably and to detect errors or abuse. Where applicable, the lawful basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional website. Hostinger processes hosting data as part of the hosting services supplied to us and provides data-processing terms for those services.

3. Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process your name, email address and message to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to conduct pre-contractual or business communications. Depending on the enquiry, the lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to business communications. The form is transmitted using Formspree. Formspree receives the form information and technical connection data required to deliver the message. Please do not submit special-category personal data, passwords or other sensitive credentials through the form.

We keep enquiries only for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with them and any related follow-up. If an enquiry becomes a customer relationship, necessary customer, invoicing and accounting information is handled in our bookkeeping software for performance of the contract and compliance with applicable accounting, tax and record-keeping obligations, and is retained for the applicable statutory periods.

4. Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics is disabled in the launch configuration of this website. We do not intentionally load non-essential analytics tags for ordinary public visitors. If optional analytics is enabled later, the website is designed not to load it until a visitor has made an affirmative choice in the consent control. Any preference stored for that choice is used only to remember the visitor’s privacy selection. This policy must be updated before optional analytics is enabled.

5. Maps and external links

The contact page does not automatically load an external map. A link to OpenStreetMap is opened only if you choose to click it. From that point, the external service’s own privacy terms apply.

6. Service providers and international processing

We use service providers including Hostinger and Formspree to operate the website and deliver messages. Where personal data is processed outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, the transfer mechanisms and safeguards required by applicable data-protection law are used.

7. Your rights

8. Complaints

In the United Kingdom you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Where EU data-protection law applies, you may also have rights to complain to a competent EU supervisory authority.
